We start on Thursday afternoon with sessions featuring asthma treatment options, pneumonia care, seizure disorders, migraine treatment, and tics in kids. The conference continues on Friday morning with diabetes care updates, lipid disorders, NICU follow-up, and failure to thrive workup and treatment. Following lunch, we'll move to learning disabilities and pyschopharmacology. We close the afternoon with a fun pediatrics trivia game (with great prizes) and a reception with our exhibitors.
Join your friends and colleagues early Saturday morning for a wellness activity to get your day started! The first morning session will cover child abuse and updates in pediatric public health. The morning continues with the James M. Watson Lecture - the speaker has been invited and will be announced soon! Following the Watson Lecture, we will move to the moderated poster session and then the Business Lunch & Awards Ceremony.
Saturday afternoon will feature a Sports Medicine OMT/OMM Workshop, as well as a skills lab on splinting/immobilzation. The afternoon activities are included in the registration fee, but you will need to register separately.
We'll close out the conference on Sunday morning with speech and swallowing disorders, pediatric hearing loss, and pediatric ophthlamology in the first session. The final session will feature a birth control update and teen PCOS and dysmenorrhea.
