COVID-19 Plan & Protocols

Our priority is your health and safety!
ACOP appreciates the impact that the COVID pandemic has had in the professional and personal lives of our members, conference attendees, staff, and families.  ACOP will implement and practice the appropriate safety and health protocols for attendees, exhibitors, staff, and guests on-site at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

ACOP will continue to monitor the evolving public health guidance from the CDC and requirements from the state and local governments regarding gatherings and will provide regular updates and additional guidance.

If you are unable to travel, we encourage you to register for for the virtual option.

Vaccination Request/Negative COVID-19 Test
It is our recommendation, to ensure the safety of all attendees, that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. For those unable to meet the vaccine request, a negative test from within 3 days of arrival using either molecular/PCR or antigen/“rapid” testing will also be acceptable.

Masks
Masks will be highly recommended when social distancing is not practical. 

On-Site Health and Safety Measures
We plan to have contactless badge pickup at the conference registration desk. We will have a limited number of computers for on-site registration so we encourage you to register in advance.

Social distancing will not be required. Session rooms and the Exhibit Hall will be set up to accommodate attendees who prefer more physical distance as well as those who prefer to sit closer together.

Session rooms and AV equipment will be disinfected after each session and common areas disinfected continuously.
